Sarah Burstein

Sarah Burstein is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she teaches Design Law, Copyright and Civil Procedure.
Her research focuses on design law, with a particular focus on design patents. Prior to becoming a law professor, she worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Pratt in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Professor Burstein has a degree in Art & Design from Iowa State University and a law degree from the University of Chicago.
